Updating the Microsoft Virtual Machine
If you experience difficulty getting the newly installed SmallBall
Desktop Icon to respond as it should, you may be using an older Internet Explorer
that does not include the necessary Java "Virtual Machine". Fixing
this problem is relatively easy.
Follow these simple steps:
Click on this link, http://www.microsoft.com/java/vm/dl_vm40.htm
Scroll to the bottom of the page, locate the proper link for your
operating system, and click it.
- Click the "Download Now" button.
- Select "Run this program from its current location" and click "OK".
- Follow the prompts to install the Java VM
