What
IS the Deluxe Trainer?
Your team will love you for the following features:
- Batting cages to train your players in batting skill and power hitting
- A throwing pen that gives your players cannons for arms
- A pitching bullpen trains your pitchers in the fine art
of freezing a batter at the plate
- A fielding area to make sure no ball gets past your fielders
- A running track to make your whole squad dangerous on thebasepaths
- Auto-Trainer that allows you to design a custom training program for
each of your players. Once defined, the players will follow
your schedule and train themselves!!!
- A Small Report that shows each of your players and what
skills have been improved.
NOTE:
Deluxe Trainer will only work with one team and CANNOT be
transferred to another team. Once a team gets the Deluxe Trainer
(DT) they keep it forever.

Use tickets to enhance
your team and add features to make your SmallBall hobby more
enjoyable. There are many different ticket types, each with
their own effect. See below for a complete list of tickets.
Tickets re basically codes that you enter into SmallBall.
Tickets come in the form of email or printed on trading cards.
Usually a ticket could only be used once but some SUPER tickets
could be used multiple times (these are rarely issued.) Before
they are used, tickets could be traded or given as gifts or prizes.
If you want to purchase tickets, it is essential that you give
us your email address so we can send them to you.
Tickets can be ordered by mail. Please see below for instructions
on how to order with a Check or Money order.
Important: There are NO refunds for tickets.

Usage:
The holiday ticket will freeze
your team for two weeks (14 days). Your team's
skills will not increase or decrease during
the "holiday." Only a slight mood
decrease will occur, since your team will
miss you. Any team can play your team but
if you play a game or train your team the
holiday will end.
WARNING:
Passive training must be turned OFF to effectively use a holiday
ticket. If Passive training is on and another team plays yours,
the holiday will end! Any training will cause the holiday to end.

in left field. Can you sluggers hit over it?
Center field features the "indent"
that swallows would be" just over the
center field fence." type of homers.
The right field is shallow and has a low fence
line.
This Stadium is enabled for any team. Save this
ticket and enter it again and click 'Unuse'
to remove this stadium. You can use this
ticket anytime to make this stadium your
team's HOME.

In the middle
of a spring meadow it was simply constructed with pine boards,
nails, some chalk, and a weed whacker. This field was made to
fulfill someone's dreams... Maybe yours. This outfield is slightly
deeper than the default Intel stadium and the right field fence
is slightly higher. There are no crowds here only the game that
inspired so many dreams.

Once
upon a time, in the Bronx, there was an empty lot. Rather than
building another building, the community came together and made
a neighborhood ballpark. Because the lot was small the stadium
had to be too, in an attempt to protect the windows of nearby
buildings the designers made the fences extra high to keep the
fly balls in the park,. When the park was completed it soon became
clear the fences where not high enough.
The original name was Taconic Park, but the locals changed the
name to the more descriptive, Homerun Park.

Note: Due to the metrics of this stadium,
homeruns occur more often than in other stadiums.

Usage: The Sabbatical ticket will freeze your team
for 6 months. Your team's skills will not
increase or decrease during the "sabbatical
." Only a slight mood decrease will occur,
since your team will miss you. Any team can
play your team but if you play a game or train
your team the sabbatical will end.
WARNING:
Passive training must be turned OFF to effectively
use a holiday ticket. If Passive training
is on and another team plays yours, the holiday
will end! Any training will cause the holiday
to end.

6 months off

Time
to retire your team? They were a great team
and you share great memories and history with
them, you may want to consider the Retirement
ticket. Like an endless holiday, your team's
skills are frozen forever. Why throw away
all that work and training. Anyone can play
your retired team but you never have to train
them again. In the future, if you ever want
to come out of retirement, you will be able
to do it without losing any skills.
WARNING:
If you use this ticket to retire your team,
playing or training your team WILL END the
retirement. Retired teams can be played by
other teams anytime but any training or game
initiated by the retired team ends the retirement.

Usage:
Make any player hit as a left handed player
OR make a left handed player RIGHT handed.
To use this ticket, move the player you
want to become a lefty in the #1 slot of
your batting order, then enter the ticket.
The guy 1st in your batting order will become
a lefty.
If this ticket is used on a lefty, he will
become a righty. We should call this ticket
a switch handed ticket, but lefty ticket
sounds better.
WARNING:
When a player switches his batting performance
will be noticeably reduced and will need
additional training to regain his former
hitting abilities.

Do
you have a player you'd like to fire? You
want to replace him with a brand new rookie
player? The good thing about a new rookie
player is that you never know what you will
get! He may develop into your best pitcher
or hitter. The rookie player won't have any
skills at all so you will have to train him
to his fullest potential.
Usage: Move the player you want to replace
first in the batting lineup. Double check
to be sure the right player is in first in
the batting order, then enter this ticket.
You will get a BRAND NEW player. You may want
to then move this player to the bench, since
he will not have ANY skills. Name him and
train him and if you're lucky you have yourself
a SUPER STAR.
Warning: Once used, this ticket's effects
cannot be undone. The new rookie will have
NO skills and will need to be trained to get
him to the level of the rest of your players.

SuperRookie!
This rookie will replace one player on your
team, but this rookie has super skills! Your
new player will be preset to 6+ stars! All
his skills, including pitching, are equally
strong. If your team is 6* or less this player
will be the highest ranked in all skills as
soon as you add him to your roster.
Usage: Move the player you want to replace
first in the batting lineup. Double check
to be sure the right player is in first in
the batting order, then enter this ticket.
You will get a BRAND NEW player with SUPER
SKILLS.
Warning: Once used, this ticket's effects
cannot be undone.

you enter this ticket it will ERASE ALL SKILLS
from your team. Essentially it makes them
1* just like when you first started the team.
If you want to start over but with the SAME
team, then this is the ticket for you. Imagine,
how would you have trained your team if you
knew then what you do now? This ticket makes
that possible.
Usage: Be sure you understand that this ticket
makes ALL players FORGET everything they have
learned. Literally your team will be reborn.
That's why we call it, rebirth.

this ticket's effects cannot be undone.

Train your entire team in one skill, instantly.
There is a Quick train ticket for EACH skill:
Usage: First, make sure your team has TP. Enter
the Quick Train ticket and all the TP will
be used training the single skill you selected.
These tickets come in a pack, one for each
skill.
Quick train tickets are a training tool
and a convenience. If you use one of these
tickets when your team has a full pie of
TP you will notice performance improvements
in that skill.
